Protect the home you have built.
Termite inspections, treatment options and wood-destroying insect reports in Roanoke, VA.
Termite control & inspections, built around your property.
Mill Mountain offers free termite inspections, pre-treatments, Trelona ATBS bait station installation, Termidor HE in-ground liquid treatments and WDI reports. Termidor HE is a non-repellent liquid barrier treatment; its one-year warranty can be renewed annually. Trelona ATBS stations provide in-ground baiting and monitoring where drilling or trenching is not practical, or as ongoing protection after treatment. The right recommendation depends on the property and inspection findings.

WDI inspections and reports are available for closings, refinances, lenders and mortgage companies; reports can be sent directly to the people who need them. New-construction soil pre-treats are scheduled around the pour date with required documentation. A WDI report is a specific service; ask about its fee and scope when scheduling.
