We will explain the findings and recommend next steps before treatment. One-time general pest control starts at $180+, and German roach or carpenter ant treatments start at $150+. Covered pests include ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, stink bugs, ladybugs, earwigs, hornets and wasps, plus other common Roanoke Valley pests.
What to know before your visit.
Monthly service suits high-pressure commercial kitchens, busy properties and problem accounts. Every-other-month service is the most popular year-round option for most homes; quarterly service is for lighter maintenance; seasonal every-other-month service covers spring through fall. Each visit includes interior and exterior treatment, one outbuilding, courtesy exterior de-webbing, detailed service records and receipts, and a heads-up call 48–72 hours before the visit. Ask about preparation, pets and any product concerns when you request your inspection.
