Chase was born in Roanoke and has lived here almost his entire life. After working as a technician, termite technician and branch manager for a larger company, he and his family started Mill Mountain Pest Control in 2026 with a simple aim: local service, clear communication and work done with care. Megan Cooper supports the business as Office Manager.
Every inspection, treatment and report is completed by the same licensed applicator: Chase, a VDACS Commercial Applicator (Lic. #166885) certified in Cat. 7A General Pest Control, Cat. 7B Wood-Destroying Insects and Cat. 8 Public Health. Mill Mountain carries $1,000,000 in general liability coverage; a certificate of insurance is available on request.

Is the inspection really free?
